So this crazy person "just hanging out guy" was hired by a company called viral3d.com to do a version of the 21 foot rule in 360 video. Now the authorities can see just how quickly their head can be chopped off by a nutjob with a sword in first person virtual reality.
You can view it above on the web and click your mouse button to "look around" but the real feeling of being there is only experienced in samsungs gear vr virtual reality headset.
